We achieved ISO9001:2000 quality system audit in 2001.Business includes tooling design and manufacture, die-casting, machining, surface finishing, etc. Output of tooling is 20 sets per month and total product's weight are over 10,000 tons annually; machining capacity is around 3 millions pieces a year; turnover is over USD 12M in 2008.Factory area: 26,000 square meters, two factories.Facilities: 32 sets of die-casting machines (125T to 1650T) imported from Japan, 50 sets of CNC machining center imported from Japan and USA, one impregnation line and one chromatin line etc.
